Our software provides the right platform for optimization processes. Using our concept management system, employees can easily submit suggestions for company improvements. This enhances work processes and makes them more successful.
From the submission of the idea, through the various evaluation and approval stages, to the possible payment of a bonus, everything is handled digitally via our module.
If necessary, other experts can be consulted for decision-making, in addition to the departmental and executive management. The anonymity of the employee is ensured throughout the entire process. Our approval workflow is used as standard for the evaluation of the submitted idea. This allows the submitted proposal to be checked, for example, for redundancy, feasibility, savings potential, and the expected implementation effort. If these points are positively evaluated, the idea is then initiated for realization and a premium is determined.

The process begins with the anonymous submission of the idea in the application. The concept is then evaluated by an individually configurable committee.
Information management
After the evaluation is completed, the employee receives a message about the result and how the proposal will be decided.
Awarding
If an award for the idea is planned and appropriate, the order is forwarded to the human resources department.
Implementation and control
Now comes the most important step: The realization of the idea in the everyday life of the company to improve a process or contribution to sustainability (ecological, economic, and social) and the control of the implementation.
