Digital invoice receipt
Whether digital or as a physical invoice – each input is automatically imported or scanned into the intex iCenter. All data is read and compared with the data and values already stored in your ERP system, for example, and checked for correctness.
Secure validity checks
Each incoming invoice is formally checked, among other things according to §14 UstG, and compared with the data from the purchase order and goods receipt. This validated data is automatically sent to those responsible for the processing. The integrated reminder function ensures that no incoming data or task is missed. Transparent working
